concavity software package provides predictor of protein ligand binding sites from structure and conservation, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install concavity
concavity is installed in your system.
Make ensure the concavity package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep concavity *
You will get with concavity package name, version, architecture and description in a table
